About HOW Academy
House of Wisdom — a selective clinical education institution built on the belief that the best healthcare comes from never stopping to learn.
Clinical depth,
not credential inflation
HOW Academy was founded by a group of practising clinicians who believed that postgraduate education in healthcare had drifted too far toward theory and too far from the complexity of real patients. We built the institution we wished had existed when we were training.
Every programme — from our flagship diplomas to our weekend workshops — is designed by clinicians, taught by clinicians, and evaluated on its direct impact on practice. We measure success in patient outcomes, not graduation rates.
Small cohorts are a deliberate choice, not a logistical limitation. When you learn alongside fifteen peers instead of a hundred, the quality of clinical discourse is categorically different.
All content is grounded in peer-reviewed research and critically appraised by our academic board.
Theoretical content exists only in service of clinical application. If it can't change how you see patients, we don't teach it.
A maximum of twenty participants per programme — close enough for genuine faculty–student relationships.
Enrolment is the beginning, not an endpoint. Alumni stay connected through online groups, events, and mentorship.
Governed by Practitioners
HOW Academy's academic board comprises senior clinicians, researchers, and educators who guide curriculum design, faculty selection, and accreditation standards. Every curriculum decision is made by people who are still seeing patients.
