Dr. Amira Hassan

Dr. Amira Hassan is a physician and certified practitioner with fifteen years of clinical experience spanning conventional internal medicine, integrative therapy, and trauma-informed somatic practice. She is the lead faculty for HOW Academy's diploma in Integrative Health.

Her clinical and research interests lie at the intersection of mind-body medicine, hormonal health, and the neurobiological effects of chronic stress. She has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presents internationally on evidence-informed integrative approaches to complex, multi-system conditions.

Dr. Hassan trained in Egypt, completed fellowship in Integrative Medicine in the US, and holds certification as an Integrative and Functional Medicine practitioner. She maintains an active clinical practice in Dubai alongside her teaching commitments.
